Apparat.studio is an animation studio situated in the city of Bergen. Our main focus is 3D productions, and since starting up in 2021 we have delivered animation services to features and commercials both in Norway and abroad.

Richard the Stork and the Mystery of the Great Jewel

Our role: Aimation and Compositing Services
Status: In Production

During 2021 and 2022 we produced approximately 38 minutes of 3D keyframe character animation. In 2023 we contributed to the final stages of compositing. In this project our team consisted of 12 Animators, a Studio Manager, a Project Coordinator, an Animation Lead/Director and a Compositor.

Kutoppen - På Sporet

Client: Qvisten Animation

Our role: Compositing Services
Status: In Production

In late 2022 and the beginning of 2023 we delivered compositing of approximately 400 shots. In this project our team consisted of a Studio Manager and a Compositor.

We are currently developing an animated short in close collaboration with VFX artist Erik Ferguson. The goal of this project is to make a visually stunning short whilst exploring new technologies and ways of producing animation.
